生物城整體宣傳打造導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)要求

1、策劃方案應(yīng)定位準(zhǔn)確，結(jié)合成都天府國(guó)際生物城投資開發(fā)有限公司（以下簡(jiǎn)稱“生物城公司”）VI手冊(cè)的相關(guān)要求，統(tǒng)一考慮設(shè)計(jì)的整體布局、形式、風(fēng)格、畫面色彩等要素，與目前已完成的相關(guān)設(shè)計(jì)如VI體系、現(xiàn)場(chǎng)宣傳設(shè)施等協(xié)調(diào)統(tǒng)一。

2、為滿足生物城公司的對(duì)外宣傳需求，導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)方案應(yīng)具備2種特點(diǎn)。

一、具有國(guó)際化標(biāo)準(zhǔn)，借助國(guó)內(nèi)外先進(jìn)理念以及創(chuàng)意，制作與國(guó)際化接軌的創(chuàng)新設(shè)計(jì)。

二、生物城公司為全資國(guó)有公司，因此在設(shè)計(jì)方面因考慮社會(huì)影響，避免設(shè)計(jì)內(nèi)容對(duì)公司的公眾形象造成損害。

3、為讓宣傳設(shè)計(jì)方案立足于目前建設(shè)之上，達(dá)到推動(dòng)成都天府國(guó)際生物城規(guī)劃建設(shè)工作，促進(jìn)生物城的發(fā)展，提高生物城招商效率。中選人設(shè)計(jì)需統(tǒng)籌考慮生物城目前項(xiàng)目設(shè)計(jì)、規(guī)劃方案，結(jié)合生物城當(dāng)前宣傳理念，提出適合生物城推廣的方案與設(shè)計(jì)。

4、包含但不局限于上述內(nèi)容,中選人可根據(jù)自身優(yōu)勢(shì)和對(duì)生物城整體宣傳打造的理解提出更有創(chuàng)意性的設(shè)計(jì)思路。

5、設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)該具備國(guó)際化視野，以服務(wù)過海外項(xiàng)目或跨國(guó)企業(yè)為佳，且需擁有多項(xiàng)知名品牌策劃推廣業(yè)績(jī)。

6、中選人后期設(shè)計(jì)團(tuán)隊(duì)?wèi)?yīng)擁有策劃、文案、設(shè)計(jì)等以上3種職能的人員配置，考慮到本次項(xiàng)目需求的特殊性，也為了更好承接后續(xù)物料的制作、施工。本次設(shè)計(jì)服務(wù)團(tuán)隊(duì)內(nèi)應(yīng)配置一名對(duì)現(xiàn)場(chǎng)施工、材質(zhì)控制方面有經(jīng)驗(yàn)的專業(yè)人員。

7、比選階段比選申請(qǐng)人應(yīng)當(dāng)提供初步的視覺導(dǎo)視和布局分析概念性方案。

五、時(shí)間要求

50個(gè)工作日內(nèi)完成成都天府國(guó)際生物醫(yī)學(xué)工程產(chǎn)業(yè)加速器導(dǎo)視系統(tǒng)設(shè)計(jì)。

The related designs that have been completed, such as the VI system and on-site publicity facilities, are coordinated and unified.

2. In order to meet the external publicity needs of the Biocity Company, the design of the guidance system should have two characteristics.

1. With international standards, with the help of advanced concepts and creativity at home and abroad, to produce innovative designs that are in line with international standards.

2. The Biocity Company is a wholly-owned state-owned company. Therefore, in terms of design, social influence is considered to avoid damage to the public image of the company due to the design content.

3. In order to make the publicity design plan based on the current construction, to promote the planning and construction of Chengdu Tianfu International Biological City, promote the development of Biological City, and improve the efficiency of biological city investment. The design of the selected candidate shall comprehensively consider the current project design and planning plan of the Biocity, and combine the current propaganda concept of the Biocity to propose a plan and design suitable for the promotion of the Biocity.

4. Contains but is not limited to the above content. The selected candidate can put forward more creative design ideas based on his own advantages and understanding of the overall promotion and construction of the Bio City.

5. The design service team should have an international vision. It is better to have served overseas projects or multinational companies, and must have a number of well-known brand planning and promotion achievements.

6. The later design team of the selected candidates should have the staffing of the above three functions of planning, copywriting, design, etc., taking into account the particularity of the needs of this project, and in order to better undertake the production and construction of subsequent materials. This design service team should be equipped with a professional experienced in on-site construction and material control.

7. Applicants for the comparison and selection phase should provide a preliminary visual guide and conceptual plan for layout analysis.
